About Moon Weddings
We are Elena and Fabrizio, English-speaking destination wedding planners based in Tuscany. We help international couples plan their wedding in Italy with local knowledge, thoughtful design and clear, practical guidance.
Two backgrounds. One team.
Fabrizio comes from fashion, with an eye for proportion, materials and detail. Elena grew up in a family of restaurateurs, where looking after people and organising celebrations were part of everyday life.
Through our work with Carradori Ricevimenti in Florence, we also share hands-on experience in wedding hospitality and event operations. We understand both how a celebration should look and what it takes to make it run smoothly.
At Moon Weddings, we bring these perspectives together through wedding planning, design and coordination for couples organising their celebration from abroad. We communicate in English and Italian, keeping the process clear from the first conversation.

It is something we often say to each other. Moon Weddings takes its name from that promise: the possibilities we see together and the future we want to build.
